English is just a second lenguage for me and sometimes I wanna post but then i just give up lol.
Spanish would be nice for a change :)
No, don't give up! There are plenty of bees posting here who speak English as a second language, it's really no big deal and everyone here can be a great resource to you. Take comfort in knowing that my Spanish is DEFINITELY worse than your English!! You may want to check out the blog posts by Mrs. Poodle (if you haven't already), she is from Chile and only learned English a few years ago, but you'd never know by reading her beautiful and captivating words!
Do you mean adding a section for posts in Spanish or other languages? That's a good idea. You should suggest it in the idea link above the Weddingbee logo. If it's just a matter of being self-consious, don't bee, haha that was a typo that turned out to be a pun. I've found that bees are not judgemental, just helpful. Post away!
Hola! Bueno, mi primer lengua es Ingles...mi familia es de la Republica Dominicana, pero yo naci aqui, y hablo Ingles casi siempre. Tambien me siento mas comoda hablando en el Ingles, pero podriamos hablar Espanol aqui de vez en cuando...hehe.
Excuse the missing accent...don't know how to make them, and don't really know where to put most of them!

Im not really uncomfortable speaking or posting in English, but there are some things I would like to talk about and it would be better to do it in spanish b/c I could provide all the details lol. But I love my second lenguage!!

Even though I was born in Chicago technically English is a second language for me too, since my mom spoke to me ONLY in spanish and had me in bilingual classes till' fourth grade!
Yo soy Cubana. Creo que tener una seccion para expresarse en espanol es una buena idea, aunque honestamente mi gramatica espanola es tan terrible que me da un poco de pena!

Aprendo espanol pero muy horrible... fi is Puerto Rican and some of his family only speaks spanish. I'm pretty sure they get a good laugh at my attempts, but I am getting much better at understanding at least..lol

What would you like to share with us bees?
Pues acabo de empezar un "thread" con esa pregunta, pero quizas ustedes pueden ayudarme aqui tambien. Mi novio es Cubano, y nos gusta bailar salsa. Vamos a bailar salsa para el primer baile, pero, su grupo favorito es Los Van Van y no se si ustedes los conocen, pero las temas de las canciones no son muy buenas para el primer baile. Estaba pensando en "Que manera de quererte" -- Gilberto Santa Rosa o "Brujeria" -- El Gran Combo. Tienen otras ideas?
"que manera de quererte" es una excelente opcion! Puede ser tambien otra de Gilberto Santa Rosa o de Victor Manuelle. They're both great!!

Post in what language you're comfy in. I used to be fairly fluent speaking spanish but haven't used it enough so it'd take me forever to use it writing. But I can still understand it and read it without many problems so hope you don't mind the english response.
My wedding was in NJ, about 25 miles from NYC.

Yo soy Mexicana, naci en los EEUU. pero creci muy cerca de la frontera... es hermoso saber que hay otras novias que hablan y escriben en espanol en weddingbee, lo que mas me encanta es leer los blogs de otras companeras en weddingbee .
Mi decio es que otras companeras escriberan en la section de Latina que weddingbee tiene. Para September o Octubre mis manualidades (DIY ) will begin to show up. I cannot wait

@MrsFernandez : Hola Mrs. Fernandez. Como estas? Mi familia es de la Republica Dominicana. Yo naci aqui en Nueva York. Mi primer idioma es el Espanol. Cuando chiquita yo no sabia mucho ingles. Cuando empese el Kindergarten, yo hablaba el ingles con un accento, lol. Me gusta hablar en los dos idiomas, Ingles y Espanol.
hola chicas!!! a mi tambien me encantaria k hubiera en wedding bee una seccion totalmente en español para escribir por que todavia sigo aprendiendo el idioma ingles , pero al no haber una seccion en español escribo en ingles con la esperanza de que las bees puedan entender lo que quise decir lol

Hablo español... pero no lo he usado en mucho tiempo. Estudié el idioma en la universidad y viajé a España en 2009 pero me perdió casi todo sin practicar.

I am actually an English speaker trying to learn Spanish. Mi esposo is from Mexico City. Mi hablo poquito espanol but would love to try to learn from spanish speakers. You typing in Spanish would be helpful for me to pick up new words for mi boda.
