- Wedding: July 2015 - Los Willows Wedding Estate
So I was thinking about DIY all my floral arrangements:
My only problem is knowing how and when to transport them to my venue. Luckily my ceremony and reception is all in the same place. So I was wondering for those of you that did your own arrangements how and how long before the wedding did you transport them to your venue?

My BFF and I did the flower arrangements a few weeks ago for her wedding. Ceremony and reception were at separate locations.
Our mothers brought flowers/centerpieces to the reception hall in the morning before the ceremony (10am for the 6pm reception). They had the flowers in big buckets and then put the centerpieces together there.
We had my Darling Husband bring the aisle decor and bouts to the ceremony location about 2 hours before.
We kept the bouquets with us in the limo. We had a big box with individual vases with water in it. The limo driver was helpful and carried it around for us.
