I don't know about foods but you should make sure to drink as much water as possible in order to flush out your system. Also, avoid salt so you don't get bloated.
try not to eat a lot of soy, it has a ton of estrogen in it and even more if it's not organic. I broke out like a 13 year old when i became a vegetarian
i would stick to protein and no processed or salty foods. water water water!!
thanks gals! I hadn't even thought about the water. Maybe I'll attach a water bottle to my hip ;)
Yea, this is getting hard but with the wedding so close I can't risk a breakout either...
Im staying away from dairy ( milk, cheese yogurt) but drinking oj with ca to compensate
Also avoiding, alcohol, white bread, white pasta, sugar, pastries and refined sugars and processed food...
oh yea and soy
Sugars!!!! I gave up sweets for lent and by Easter I was completely zit-free. (I normally break out every month really bad)
You should consider reducing eating sugar and white flour/grains for about 6 weeks in order to be completely cured.
i also started drinking soy milk to balance my hormones since I break out the same time every month (probably from too much testosterone-not enough estrogen) soy will only cause you to break out if you are allergic. Same with dairy, wheat, and any other allergens.
So for me, the blemishes are mostly caused by carbs and hormones.

what foods are you or did you avoid in the days before your wedding?
I don't know what exactly makes me break out but I'm going to try to avoid it at all costs.
So I do know to cut out fried, oily and processed foods, chocolate, alcohol, pizza etc.
I'll probably try to eat mostly veggies, fruit, rice, yogurt, (or does dairy cause break outs too??) etc. But I don't want to starve! haha.
What are some other good foods to avoid for the week of my wedding? Thanks chicas!
