Also, try playing with your character spacing to get how it looks on the bottom part. I'm on a Mac and could tell you how to do it from there, but otherwise just search for character spacing.

JeniRae is right about the character spacing to get the look at the bottom. Depending on what program you're using I'm sure one of us could walk you through it.
Jeni, thanks. Do you know how to make the AND and the names the same height? Having trouble with that just playing with font size. I'm guessing there's a function that I don't know about.
Maybe you could try creating these in PowerPoint? Just make the slide size the same as your paper. That way, you can make a seperate text element for each word and can rotate the "AND" so that it goes between the names. Is that what you mean?

If you have it use power point like Jenirae has it's easy to use and the new version has cool ways to play around with text.
