Ok, since I started the thread for those with sets, I think we need to have one for those who don't have a set. So for the ladies who have mis matched sets, post them here, let's see those beautiful rings!
I can't wait to see pics! My ring has a matching band but I didn't like it. I just tried on other bands for the first time today and NONE of them look right. One jeweler told me the only way I was going to get the "fit" i was look for is with a custom band. Eeek! Not excited about that thought! I will continue to look for now!
@Filly: Sorry to hear you didn't like the band that came with your ring, that kinda sucks. I have a matching band and I love it. I hope you find something you like.
I posted on the other thread even though my set isn't matching, 'cause I like showing off my rings and I didn't see this one.

Here's mine. The ring is from Tiffany, but the matching band was more money than I was willing to spend. We ended up getting a band custom made in the Downtown LA Jewelry District for FAR less than the Tiffany band cost, plus a lot more diamonds. The band has diamonds 3/4 around the ring, while the Tiffany only had them on the top half. I decided against the eternity ring with the diamonds all the way around just in case I need to ever get them sized.
Here's mine. They don't match, but I think they go . . . The matching band was a channel setting - You can't clearly see here, but the sides of my e-ring have a channel setting. The band was pretty, but I just wasn't drawn to it. I originally wanted a 2 or 3 thin rings to stack. The cost was a lot higher than I expected for stacking rings and DH didn't love the idea of having more than 1 wedding ring. I found this one - he liked it and it has the feel of a stacked ring. I love the rings together :)
my matching band was way too expensive, we found a similar one for half the price!
@ariel: Aww, would you post a pic of both on your finger? 
I really want to see how the 2 colours of gold look together, since I´m planning on having the same combination... my e-ring is white gold, and one of the wedding bands I have my eyes on is just like yours, I think...
@Fairy_in_love: Sure! I love the look of mixed metals. I'm thinking one day i'll add a super thin yellow gold band on top. I didn;t want to get one right away because I think it would be fun to add on an anniversary or holiday.

Yayyy, I was hoping you would start a spinoff thread from the swirly ering thread!
My ering is a marquise diamond solitaire & my wedding band is a channel set diamond band with round diamonds--I love them! (Everyone's rings are gorgeous!)

My e-ring is plain, but my band features the Irish claddaugh with 4 teeny tiny diamonds (2 on either side) plus to celtic knots. Huge symbolizm for me, and I have it as a tattoo too :) Hubby's band is in the background; the giant gold one lol

I don't know for sure where I should post mine. My rings look like a set, but they're actually not. My engagement ring does not have a matching band. We searched everywhere for a wedding band that had the look I wanted. We thought we had found one, but I didn't really like it. It was a single band, straight band, with channel set baguette diamonds. I didn't like the gap between the rings, and I also didn't like how the diamonds lined up with the two rings...
So we took it back. The salesman showed us several rings, none of which were right. He was just about to pull out catalogs when I looked into the diamond case and saw my wedding band. The owner was there, and she gave us a great discount, so it was only $300 more than the original we had bought. It curved against my e-ring, so there wasn't a gap. And since it was a wrap, and there were diamonds on both sides of my e-ring, so it didn't bother me that the diamonds didn't line up on the sides.
@Loribeth: Love your bands and how they curve, very pretty.
@pyma: Very very pretty, is your Ering yellow gold? Or is that the band, could you post seperate pictures, I'm intrigued.
@4everdecember: isn't it a great feeling to have it, but it sucks that we have to wait so long until we get to wear the band all the time.

My engagement ring has a matching band at the jewelry store that my FI purchased my e-ring at, but I don't think I want to go with it. He kind of showed me what it looked like and it looked pretty, but I have other ideas. I am looking into enhancers since my ring is considered a solitaire. I found the one enhancer/guard that I loved and I wish I had a picture to post! I will see if my FI could e-mail the picture to me so I can get it on here!

Both of my rings are custom pieces that were designed and made at the same time, but they are not a matching "set". 
Beautiful rings everyone! Mine didn't come with a set, so we were lucky to find a band that fit it so well without having to buy a custom band.
So happy to see this thread! I have been so clueless as to which wedding band I want to go with. I have a simple round solataire ring and my FI was trying to tell me that he thinks once I get a wedding band I take off and no longer wear my E-ring anymore since its not a set and wont match. I was like, what?? Please, post more pictures so I can see many different options!
