Haven’t had any issues like that.. I also didn’t have those issues during this pregnancy though!

(tmi alert) I have noticed that I do need to do some more kegels though b/c when I AM going I can’t stop completely mid-stream…. but even that’s not that bad. I’m 2 weeks pp and it’s already getting better.

I had a (medicated) vaginal delivery with #1.  And had tearing.  But no problems after her.  We’ll see after #2 in about 3 months.

Not when I sneeze/laugh/cough, but I can’t run very far without feeling like I have to pee.  Super annoying.  I’m curious about this, too!

By “natural” do you mean “vaginal”?  Or “non-medicated”?

I’ve had two vaginal, medicated births, and I don’t have any incontinence issues.  I think it’s pretty common, though; I’ve heard as many as 1 in 3 women experience it after a vaginal birth, for varying periods of time.  I think there are a lot of different treatment options (medications, exercises, even physical therapy), but you’d probably have to talk to your doctor to find the right option for you.
