WTG, crazy lady, taking police off serious, life-dependant business to deal with your fake call. Geez - people like her do nothing to help those of us with legitimate waiting concerns - she helps with the case popular culture has of all woemn being so cazy for a wedding they'll do insane things like this for it. Sigh.

Chicago - Police were not pleased to discover a Northwest Side woman wanted them to be her something blue when she called 911 and falsely said her boyfriend was attacking her in order to get officers to “force him to marry her.’’
About 8:30 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a call of a battery in progress in the 1500 block of North Central Park Avenue where 40-year-old Ana Perez said she was being attacked by her boyfriend, according to police.
“But after the cops get there she tells them that she made up the story to get police to the scene,’’ said Grand Central District police Capt. Grand Central District Capt. Ronald Pontecore.
“She called 911 to scare him and have the police force him to marry her,’’ according to the captain, who wasn’t at all amused by her antics.
Pontecore said the officers raced to the scene, believing a woman was in danger, “only to find out its something ridiculous like that.’’’
“It puts us in jeopardy and the public. It’s not a good thing,’’ Pontecore said. “It ticked the officers off.’’
Perez, of the 1300 block of North Pulaski Road, was placed under arrest at 8:40 p.m. and charged with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
A police report said her boyfriend was in in the midst of breaking up with her when the incident happened.
No one was injured and Perez is scheduled to appear in Misdemeanor Court, (Br. 23) on Jan. 26.
