I've done it before. Usually when I'm running late. When I put lotion on I forget to put my ring back on. I feel naked without it all day. I hate when that happens!
I've definitely done that lots of times. I take it off to cook at night sometimes. Then I'll forget to put it back on for bedtime. Then I'll forget to put it on for work! Oooops ;op
Whenever I'm in a rush to leave the house I forget. Like today!
I've forgotten it many times. I normally take it off once I get home and then put it on again when I leave for work the next day.
I hardly take mine off, but when I do I'm really good about putting it back on!
I have forgotten to put it on when I leave for work in the mornings before, but I've been pretty good at remembering lately.
been there, done that... i haven't recently, but i definitely remember that empty hand feeling when i realized i'd forgotten it! i live 30 min away from work, so there's no way of going back for it! :P
I've only forgotten once, which is pretty good for a girl who once got to work without her shoes (I usually carry them to the front door and then put them on right before I leave - but I left them by the door one day - luckily had others in my car) :)
I usually will clean it in the morning so I'm surprised I haven't forgotten it more often. The one day I did I felt totally weird and anxious about it. Guess I've grown kind of attached.

I think I care more about forgetting my ring than FI does...lol! I have gotten better at remembering it the longer I have been engaged though.
It happens so often to me because I take my ring off when I get home and don't sleep in it. I do this only because I never wore rings in the past and am totally aware of anything on my hand during the day.

Definitely glad that this is not totally out of the ordinary! My coworkers are so gossipy, I'm just waiting to see if anyone asks me about it...hahahaha :-)

I forgot sometimes. I haven't dont it recently though.
i've forgotten a few times, like when I work out then shower and forget to put it back on. The first time I forgot and FI noticed he teased, "how could you forget something like that?" I replied, "well you made me rush, so I forgot it." But he was ok with it, he knows its not really common for me to forget the ring. :)
I only wear it when I leave the house, but thankfully, I haven't forgotten it - yet! haha!
I never take it off, because I know the day I do, I'll lose it!
A few times after hopping out of the shower. I don't have a ring bowl yet, so I tend to put my ring somewhere in the bathroom where I know it can't slip down the drain, but that usually means it's out of sight.
I don't take my ring off to sleep or do anything else (besides cooking, sometimes) so there's not much of an opportunity for me to forget it!
I never take it off, I don't want to have to remember where I put it down!
I have definitely done it. I usually wear mine to bed, so putting it on in the morning when I'm getting ready for the day isn't really the issue--but if I'm doing dishes or cooking anything that requires my hands to get sticky (dealing with raw meat, kneading bread, etc.), I take off my ring. I am usually good about putting it on my necklace chain, so if I forget it's still on me, but sometimes I put it on the windowsill and forget to put it back on right away. As soon as I notice, I start feeling naked! Glad I'm not the only one who does it occasionally...
I never take my rings off, except to put lotion on. I run, bike, do dishes, etc... with it on. Once, when FI and I were still long distance, I put lotion on in the AM and left my ring on my bed. I left strait from work to go to FIs and never noticed until the next morning. I looked frantically, then called home and it was right on my bed. he never noticed either! And I didn't tell him until after I got back home and had it on again. Since then I'm more attentive and notice it within 5-10 mins if I haven't put it back on. But that's only been maybe 2-3 times.
I took if off to do dishes one day and then FI and I went out to dinner. I had forgotten to put it back on. It was only an hour though and I put back on as soon as I got home. I've never had to go a whole day though. I only take it off to go to bed and only sometimes when Im cleaning. I don't want to loose the diamond out of it so thats why I take it off at those times. We are so silly lol
I think I've only made it out of my house without it unintentionally 2-3 times. It was because I broke with my routine and put lotion on later than i normally would. I always wait until it dries off my hands to put my ring on bc i don't want the pave diamonds to get gunky... but if i put the lotion on late its hard to remember to put it back on!

Hi Hive,
For the first time in the three+ weeks that we've been engaged, I forgot to put my e-ring on this morning! I blame it on being overtired and in a major allergy fog! FI didn't seem to care. When I noticed it, we were only a block or two from home, and he didn't even mention going back for it.
