@cassy.thompson1:  People will either assume or ask.  I would get the info out to your chattiest aunts, and have them spread the word.  No big deal.

Word of mouth! I’m sure it’ll be fine. If it makes you feel better, I forgot to put our last names! A couple of people didn’t know who’s wedding they were invited to!!

I’m sure through word of mouth it would be just fine. Do you have a website you can add it on to? Or if you really feel like you want to get the word out you can always send an email as a last resort. Most people I think would assume though.

It’s not the end of the world. Most people will assume there’s going to be a reception and others who aren’t sure will ask. I agree with another PP that you could send out an email closer to the wedding date mentioning that you can’t wait to party with everyone following the ceremony at XYZ location.
