Weddingbee boards

Hey all, my fiance and I are looking at June of 2010, and have been looking at some venues. I absolutely fell in love with Fort Williams, but they have a rule that you can't book until the first business day of January 2010. Does anyone know how popular it is? I mean, am I okay to wait it out? Or should I just move on? I am concerned I will show up to the town hall and there will be bride-to-bes lined up out the door, and I would then have to scramble. If anyone knows anything about having a wedding there, shoot me a holler...please!
