I found a great picture that demonstrates the different characteristics of some of the different clear stones…I’ve been looking for one of these forever!
I think they’re all beautiful though…each has their unique qualities

@LDay1983: Ahhhh, love that you posted this! I’ve never seen a side-by-side comparison pic before.

@LDay1983: Pretty! Thanks!

For some reason I thought the CZ and Swarvorkski would look more alike…

@LDay1983: Interestinggggggg! Is that what Moissy really looks like? Can any moissy owners confirm?

@heathuhhhhwebbbb: Not to me, no. I don’t think this pic is accurate at all. CZ and diamonds should look much more similar, and moissanite should look warmer. There are much better comparisons on the BTD forum.
ETA: also, hopefully this goes without saying, but the sparkles on the moissanite are clearly photoshopped. There is just too much fake “brilliance” (white light) and not enough fire (colorful light).

Nice! I’ve also got this one saved for when people compare stimulants.

Cool thanks for posting! Before I read the labels, I was able to pick my stone out of the line up

ITA, not accurate at all….

I’d still want to see all of these in person. Diamonds have color grades. My D color diamond resembles the Moissanite brightness pictured above.

And yet if I saw it on someone’s finger I still wouldn’t know (or care) which is which!

My moissanite doesn’t look like that either 🙂
