Are you using the image uploader? It's the little green box (with the green circle in the corner) at the top of the editor box, right next to the HTML button. It's much easier than the "Upload Files from your Computer" links below.
which corner i dont see a green circle anywhere? :(
It's on the right side of the bar where you write your post that has the buttons for B I U ABC, etc. It has a picture of a little tree with a green plus.
Sorry, my description was really crap, I just realized. Oops! The image uploader button is right at the top of the box you type in to leave a comment-- it's right to the left of the blue HTML button. Click that little button that looks like a green Polaroid picture, and it will walk you through the process.
