It's called "Hold my head above the water" and it's by the band Quiet Company. More specifically, it's a duet with wedding photographer Leah Muse and her husband Taylor who is the singer for Quiet Company. Leah's is one of the very few non-wedding blogs that I follow and she had posted the song months ago, but I only just remembered it. It is absolutely perfect. =]
