oh goodness, honey.. definitely archive it... why do you say it's too soon?
Too soon because I really doubt the engagement is going to happen soon- I'd give it a year plus some months...
And I really doubt that he would get a ring soon for something that isn't going to happen for over a year.
ahhh i gotcha... i think it's not going to happen for me until like july of next year, however i still send him pictures so he can get an idea of what i'd like... and since we've actually conversed about it lately, i know he doesn't have a problem with it... lol he just says that i'm being "me" and laughs... yes i'm a total type -a personality :D
Haha, Oh he knows what I want- I've shown him this ring infact.
And you know- I actually talk about other wedding related things too- he doesn't seem to have a problem about it, every once in awhile he will talk about "our" wedding too.

Gorgeous! It's never too soon, and it when it is time it will be nice to already know what you want.
Sam thing happened to me. We went ring shopping and found my ring in May of this year. We were just going for "fun" and didn't really expect to find anything. He went ahead and bought it and now I'm playing the waiting game. It kills me to just have it sitting there; I just want to put it on!
That's so pretty! I'm sure there will another ring just as fabulous (and affordable!) as that one when it comes time for your BF to get a ring for you!

lolaj- I already have a right had ring given to me by SO, granted it's not as extravagant but I wouldn't want to replace it and I could never wear more than one ring on my hand.
Aubergold- So lucky! waiting might be a tinge more difficult but at least you know it will be happening soon (I hope!)
Curly- I really hope so!

Sigh- I've found the perfect ring at an excellent price but it is just too soon.
2 carat pear shaped sapphire with a diamond halo- .70 tcw diamonds. 18k white gold
And it meets my requirement of under 1000...which I was thinking I wouldn't find my dream for the right price and would have to settle for something a little different (not halo, less cw on the sapphire- never actually had a dream ct weight on the diamonds though)
