hey bees!!!
been browsing a new scent to wear on the wedding day. I have a couple of favorites, such as clinique happy, coach original scent, and dior j'adore.
I figure though, since our sense of smell triggers the most memories and the like, i want to choose something special for the big day so that whenever i smell it, it'll bring back the good old memories from our special day. also, im really nostalgic with a lot of smells so this shouldnt come as a surprise and i think my nose has become sorta used to what i already wear so the scent disappears after the first few minutes i spritz! lol
what are you bees planning on wearing/wore on your wedding day?

I wanted a new perfume for the wedding day so I'd be able to smell it since I was so used to my everyday perfume. My husband bought me Ralph Lauren Romance for Valentine's Day and I absolutely loved it!
@mandb122: i love RL romance!! i've been debating that one myself. so hard to choose, as my nose can be uber sensitive =p
I'll be wearing my usual perfume (I don't wear it every day, just when I remember when I go out) It's Alien by Thierry Mugler, very exotic and sexy :)
Ooor I might buy a perfume that I love but don't own- DK Cashmere mist
If you have a Lush store near you go in and try their vanillary (sp?) gorilla perfume! I tried the spray on my wrist and I smelled little hints of it for hours. It smells like vanilla and some wonderful soft flower I can't quite name. It also doesn't have that sting a lot of perfumes have that give me a headache.
I'll wear my same old everyday perfume because FI loves it :) Obsession by Calvin Klein.
I rotate between 7 or so perfumes on a regular basis and I let FI pick which one of them he prefers for the wedding day. He had a clear winner. The one that smells most like "me" : Coach Legacy.
I had a really hard time finding a perfume I liked, and wore none on my wedding day. Since then though I've found my fave, Burberry Brit! Sooooo good.
I wore Givinchy Vrey Irresistable. It's my old favorite :-)
I'm going with Coach! It's a new scent for me and I'm excited to wear it on our wedding day. Every time I wear it after that, it will remind us of our day. It smells delicious!!
I wore "princess" by Vera Wang...my husband really likes the smell and I wanted something a little different from my everyday scent
I wore Philosophy Pure Grace. I never wear parfume - I own some, but really ever wear it with some regularity. So I bought a new one - it was a roller, fit in my bag at the hotel and definitely smelled clean and fresh for a day time wedding. I also didn't want to have my scent wear off on people with every hug. It was perfect - I actually like it enough to wear it regularly now!
Wiggle Perfume's Speakeasy Vanilla. FH LOVES it! I bought my first bottle two? years ago and he hasn't liked anything else since.
The first perfume Mr. Library bought me was Happy by Clinique, so I got Happy Heart as a play on the past and the future. I loved it, and now every time I smell it, I think about our wedding and honeymoon!
I was just planning to wear some of my favorite perfume but then DH surprised me with Prada perfume on the morning of our wedding as one of my gifts - so thats what I wore! Now I wear it on special occasions or when we go out for a nice date night and it reminds me of our wedding :-)
I will be wearing Euphoria by CK. I just feel sexy when I wear that scent.
I will be wearing my old favorite Givinchy Very Irresistible. My FI loves it!
I will be wearing Shalimar. It's my favorite perfume. Timeless and classic!
I hadn't even thought of this until I was packing my day-of bag the night before my wedding! I just wore Burberry, the same perfume I've been wearing for years. DH always says I smell nice, so I guess I'm glad I didn't go changing it up, but I like the idea of wearing something classy and different for your big day!
Also - my photographer took pictures of my perfume along with my jewelry, so it's a plus if yours comes in a pretty bottle!

I'm planning on wearing either Coach Poppy or Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture. They are both my absolute favorites. No idea which I'll choose!
There are so many scents out there, which I think smell lovely and would love to wear, but I think I will stick with Amazing Grace by Philosophy, which I have worn for years. I feel beautiful and timeless when I wear it, and that's exactly how I hope to look and feel on my wedding day!
I have about 15 different bottles of perfume... most of which smell very similar since my favorite scent is vanilla and alot of my frangrances have some sort of vanilla base... but my two favorite go to scents are M by Mariah Carey and Lolita Lempicka by Lolita Lempicka... I was thinking of wearning The One by DKNY but to me thats a a very serious scent that I wear when Im feeling mature and grown up LOL and I just want to be my regular silly self on the big day... does that make sense LOL

I can't choose between Bvlgari Rose or Jasmin Noir...the Rose is more sweet and the Jasmine Noir is a bit sexier, darker...
I wore Heavenly by V. Secret. My husband bought it for me for our 1st Christmas (2007) and he and I love that one best!
I wore my signature scent: J'adore - I've worn it for years, and all my friends, including my husband say that when they smell that perfume it reminds them of me :)

I love them both and my Fiance has a horrible sense of smell so he wouldn't know either way, lol.
i finally decided. going to go with chloe, their eau de parfum. it smells so nice!! peony and rosey undertones. i love it =) wonder if anyone else has that too?
I'm using a special edition Nina Ricci that I got in Paris last year right after my fiance proposed. I love the regular Nina Ricci scent but the special edition is even more delicate. I can't wait ... I've been holding on to this bottle for almost a year now!
None! Most places here are scent free and I hate getting a perfume headache.
I typically wear Allure by Chanel but wanted something different for the wedding.
Was previously going to go with either Flora by Gucci or Beauty by CK but recently wore a sample of Daisy and FI commented that I smelled so pretty that I decided to buy that for the wedding day.

Its SO hard for me to find scents I like. I think I will look for something new, but probably won't find something. I generally don't wear fragances everyday anyway, so it won't be the end of the world to wear it on my wedding day if I can't find something I like.
FI LOVES VS's Honeysuckle Belle, which I only wear for special occasions...so I'll be sure to wear it that day!
Either Pure Poison by Dior, or Saint by Kat Von D- I don't usually go for the celebrity perfumes, but I LOVE the sweet smell of Saint
