Try fotolia or dreamstime…you can buy credits for as low as $10_$12. But you should be able to find some free vectors. What software are you using. Illustrator or InDesign can do it for you as well.

It looks like a composite of two sets of brackets. Does your program have that shape? You probably would need to play around with it so that it connects.

There’s another shape called the quatrefoil that is similar, and perhaps you can google it to find an image to start with. Good luck!
