I am a bit. My list of stuff-to-do is actually getting shorter. But I still feel almost at the point of being overwhelmed. Some stuff just has to get done and I don’t know when we will do it. Its the kind of thing we need to do together – which means that it will take FOREVER to get FI to acutally think about something. Sigh.

Running, running.  Shooting for 200 miles on foot in the ten weeks prior to the wedding and I’m behind, and the dress fit shows!

I’m starting to freak out a bit. I have my second dress fitting on Saturday – the first one was a disaster, so I’m pretty anxious. Hopefully all goes well. There’s also tons of little projects that need to be finished up. I was supposed to finish ONE DIY decor project on Sunday and what did I do instead? Paint our master bedroom. Procrastination mode has definitely set in.

I’m not really freaking out but the pace has definitely picked up! I met with my bridesmaids on Saturday to pick up their dresses and yesterday to attend their first fitting.

I thought I was off the hook for a while but then my mom called last night to tell me that her dress has arrived so I will have to go pick it up tonight and try to get her in for fittings tomorrow. So more phone calls and lots of driving.

This summer is so different from last summer. Last summer, I was training for a triathlon and a marathon and now this summer I’m planning a wedding. lol Life is funny.

Im slightly freaking out. Trying to pay everything off is the hardest part. We want everything paid before the actual wedding so we can be debt free after. Its easier said than done. My list of “to do’s”  are getting shorter, but more urgent to get completed. I still need to meet with the officiants, figure out the DJ music lists, the musicians for our ceremony and finish up decor. Im feeling stressed. My first shower is this weekend, invitations need to be out by next week 🙁 Here we go!

We are a little. We still have $3k left to pay and FI had NO IDEA, despite my telling him several times and him having access to our cost spreadsheet. Argh.

@vorpalette:  Urgh. We have SO MUCH MONEY to pay right no. Almost all of our budget went to the caterer since we are getting almost everything from them (food, drink packages, table top stuff, tables, chairs, linens, etc.) I think we have about $14,000 to pay to them still. And then we need to pay off the balences on a couple other vendors – but at least that is a much lower amount – maybe $2,000 or so. Luckily, I know the money is in the bank. I just want to get it done with!!

OH man, I’m freaking out with you!  My dress FINALLY came in on Monday, so I got the alterations FINALLY started yesterday, which was good.  We just sent the invitations out over the last couple weeks (a little late, but not terrible since we sent StDs), but now I’m so so nervous we’re going to end up with too many people coming.  Why, oh why did I send so many save the dates?  We need at least 1/3 of the people invited to say no.  That includes potentially unused +1s, but lots of people will still want to bring someone, I bet.  I am freaking the f out now, getting the RSVPs is like, scary!  Ugh!

And that doesn’t even have anything to do with all the stuff I still need to do like make table numbers and programs and menus, finish napkin rings, evenually make a seating chart and escort cards…  Man oh man.

Still have to do the menus and the programs, also order the groomsmen’s shoes and actually assemble our centerpieces (won’t be able to do that for a few weeks I think).  RSVPs are still coming in so can’t start on a seating chart or escort cards… alterations are being done and July 20th is my next check-in date.  I’m also expecting our vendors to want to meet up with us the month before to get details finalized, but no one’s made contact yet……..

To be honest I am freaking out right now, but not about the wedding, about work……. the wedding’s coming up SO fast but things are SO crazy at work right now that I can’t even think about it!!!!

@NowDontLetsBeSilly:  I am so in the same boat as you with needing a ton of people to RSVP no!!  Fingers crossed for us >.<
