If they told you they can fit 10-11 in they need to fit them or need to upgrade you simple as that!
Yikes! A 9 person limo is TINY. It'll fit 7, maybe 8 if you don't have a poofy dress and no one is over a size 8. Good luck!
I agree with mishelleez - you have the paperwork to back up what they originally said, so I would be pushing for an upgrade or for an exception to be made to allow 10-11 people in the 9 person limo. Hope it works out for you!
THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT!!!!! Waiting for this guy to call... I will be completely pleasant on the phone but totally needed to vent so I don't yell at him! :) Get more will honey than vinegar, right?

OKAY! So wedding is coming up and I am in the middle of confirming everything. Want to pay the balance to the limo and just confirm details. I was told when I booked and signed the contract that we could squeeze 10-11 people in a "9" person limo if we wanted to-- well TODAY I am told that's not a possibility. I booked a year ago! I have the emails stating this... I am waiting to hear back from the owner (it's family run) but come on! They really should upgrade me to one that will accomodate us at their cost! no additional cost for us.... (if they don't it's an additional at least $300-350!!!!!) uhhhh I'll see what he says!
