I have three days left until I get married, and I'm sort of freaking out.  I'm confident abou the guy, the details are all set--so I'm not really sure why I'm freaking.  When I say freaking, I mean that I'm super jittery, sorta feel ike I'm going to throw up, and feel like I might lose it.  All our friends are coming in today and tomorrow and we'll be doing bachelorette stuff Friday and Saturday. I'm also a grad student, so I'm trying to get stuff done before the weekend starts.  If I had to guess why i'm freaking out, I would say that it's because we've been dating 8 years and I can't believe it's finally here. I'm also on the young side--25 (at least for my friends, I'm the first one).  Really, I'm not worried about the groom at all. Actually, picturing his face at the end of the aisle is the one thing that makes me really calm.  Do I just need to tell myself to chill?  Is this normal?

It's exciting!!! And yes, you need to chill out, LOL. It'll help you take in all the events. Maybe that first or second martini will help =]. It's just a really big step in your life. I remember kinda feeling so anxious my stomach was flopping around too. =]

I can't say for sure since I haven't done it myself, but from everything that I've heard, yes it's normal. And considering you're under a tremendous amount of stress (wedding, people coming in, GRAD SCHOOL) I think you're handling everything extremely well.

I think its totally normal to be freaking out!  But do try to be as calm as possible.  Maybe bring champagne wherever you go.  I kid, I kid.  Its a lot to do and you've been waiting for so long so I think the excitement is here to stay, enjoy it!

yeah.  I'm a 10/10 girl and I can't eat because it's just two days away and I might vomit on my shoes.
    So.
I hope it's normal or you and I are travelling down the same nutty road!

This is so normal! Don't worry - it will all be fine.  I never thought that I would be the type to freak out, and I totally did... And I kept trying to hide it, LOL, so I just had this panicked look on my face the whole time... And couldn't eat or sleep! So unlike me!  But it all worked out and was the most magical day ever... and it's worth the nerves, I promise !
