sparkpeople.com works well but I am on WW now (4 weeks in) and I much prefer it.  A lot of people have had success on spark tho

I’m on Sparkpeople.  I’m mostly trying to maintain now but I wouldn’t mind losing 2-5 pounds.  I think their recommended meal plans are a little flawed/bizarre, but they have a really good database and you can always enter items that aren’t in the database, too, if you are up for it.  I like the “food groupings” and “favorites” and “recipes” features and I think the interface is intuitive and attractive.

I don’t use all the SP features…mostly I just track my food and fitness πŸ™‚

@Nola: I’ve had my account for awhile now, but then his mom got us on WW.  I’m not renewing our subscription when it runs out though.  I think my username is SassyTart15, but I forget.  Hahah.  I’ll look into it.

caloriecount from about.com. It analyses your nutrients and stuff. It’s a lot more streamlined to me than spark.

SP does have an iPod/iPhone app–I use it on my iPod touch and it works pretty well!  I think all the sites are probably great and it’s up to personal preference which interface you prefer.
