I have been using the one on theknot.com I have my guestlist there so it's really easy to use.
I found one on here and modified it a bit. If you want the template, message me! It's just the list of people and what tables they are at. To actually figure out who was sitting with who, I just wrote it out on paper a bunch of times until it made sense.
