Well, as far as free goes, I know that mywedding.com can be used to sort of use your names...it'll actually be
mywedding.com/whatever you want to write here
To actually get a site that says for example, joshandkelly.com, you would have to hope no one already has it and buy the domain. You would then have to attach your site to that domain. I usually use godaddy.com. It lets you type in what you're looking for and if its available, give you choices at different prices (.com, .info, etc) I think ours was like $9.99 for a year, but sometimes you can get .info or others for $1.99 a year.

I second bree - unless you buy a domain, you will have the domain of the wedding website in your url. I used Weddingwire - worked pretty well. They also have seating, calendaring, etc. tools.
