i'm so sorry to hear about that! i know this might not make you feel better, but you should definitely check out retailers on the BBB website before you purchase from them. i almost found out the hard way until another bee offered the same advice to me!!
also, if you can't resolve anything through them, try filing a complaint through the BBB. you might get further with them. good luck!
I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them.
The BBB report actually surprises me. I've dealt with them on two occasions and one of them included a partial refund, which I had no trouble receiving. The slow shipping was my only complaint but the items I received were great (with the exception of some bottles that were smaller than I expected - and I got a refund on those).
I ordered freeze dried petals and while the bag they came in made it look like they gave me almost nothing, it definitely filled a large vase I tested it with. Maybe you just got a bad bag? I felt like they looked really nice.
@arenyth: I'm glad you had better experience. I actually ordered 2 bags from them (both 5 cups) and they both look the same way. Not sure if it matters, but the color I ordered was the pink/purple mixture.
@Miss Tattoo: Yes, I'm definitely going to take some pics. Just have been on-the-go the last couple days. Will post when I have them.
@ustechie: Thank you for providing this. VERY INTERESTING! I'm still waiting to get ahold of a manager, because frankly, I don't want the 'store credit' they're offering. I want my money back.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
Just wanted to forewarn all the bees about the freeze dried rose petals on saveoncrafts.com. I planned to use these for my aisle, but was extremely disappointed when I received my order. I ordered the $12 bag, which was supposed to be 5 cups of flowers. They even show a picture of what the 5 cups would look like on the site.
Needless to say, my bag appears to only have about 2.5 cups of flowers in it. I've tried steaming them/fluffing them - and I can't magically turn it into more than it really is. At least half the petals are really tattered looking as well. I'm attempting to return these, but I'm finding that I need a 'return authorization' first and my packing sheet informed me that I will not get a refund/exchange - instead, just a credit. Well... thankyouverymuch! [sarcasm in case you missed it].
Just an FYI.
