We will be doing small jars of jam for our favours at our outdoor summer wedding in August (so it will be warm). We will be doing freezer jam as it is easier and it lasts in the freezer (go figure..haha). My question is – will it be okay if we leave it out on a table for our guests to take at the end of the night? Or will we have to keep it on ice/in a freezer to keep it good?
