Hiya,
I'm half French Canadian too, and all I seem to be able to think of is incorporating some French Canadian cuisine (esp desserts!) in your menu. That would be tasty!

Thank you ladies!!!! I was getting a little afraid that I'd have nothing to incorporate. THANKS!!!
French Canadian here!! Although I must admit I'm clueless about traditions, hence the DW...
The dessert idea is really good! Sugar pie; fudge with maple...mmmmm
Maple favors, maybe? I got these once, and thought it was very cute - the couple got married in the countryside, near a sugarbush.
I think I'll be going with the dessert idea. Thank you all ladies!!!

Hello the the WB,
I'm fairly new to this site and already truly addicted. I have a question. I'm Black, Irish and French-Canadian. However, no living family member that I know is familiar with any French-Canadian wedding traditions. I'd like to include such traditions in our weddding, along with African-American traditions, Irish traditions and Cherokee traditions(Mr. Snuggie).
I'm hoping there are some French-Canadian bees on the WB with advice for Ms. Snuggie. Thank you in advance for all your advice.
