My SO and I love french kissing! He wasn't into it at first because I'm a crazy push you up against the wall bite your bottom lip type of kisser. At first we avoided kissing alltogether because of my rough demeanor but then I showed him how to kiss me. We actually had a kissing lesson. After running through "How your girl likes to be kissed 101" he loves kissing me now!
I voted we both love it, though he likes it more than I do. He REALLY likes it.
I had a sexually inexperienced ex who said that he didn't want to tongue kiss. I'm pretty sure that he was just scared or something. I eased him into it and he ended up loving it!
My FI slobbers all over me and shoves his tongue in right from the beginning, so I am not a huge fan! Haha. I try and tell him and it only hurts his feelings so I have just learned to get used to it. :P We don't really do it too often, but I do miss the deeper kissing during sex or whatever.
Ha! When my FI and I are having sex and he's on top, sometimes we're kissing and he'll get distracted and just leave his face on mine. I hate that! When I told him, he laughed guiltily and said that he knew he was doing it but since I never complained he kept doing it!
FI and I both like it. :) I am also a lip-bitter. I think just easing into it is best. No one is going to like from no tounge to full on tonsil hockey all at once.
@chasesgirl: I totally used to be a lip biter too (an ex was really into that and I think it's totally hot) but SO definetly can't hang on the biting front - ha ha!
On that note - does anyone watch Cougar Town? Garter snake anyone? (if this refrence is totally obscure, it's a scene where Courteny Cox's character is teaching her much younger boyfriend to kiss using an apple. "Your a curious little garter snake")
I am more into making out than he is, but we've been working on it lately. The thing that has helped the most is to tell him that NOTHING gets me in the mood better than making out. I just had to tell him straight out that I NEED french kissing to get turned on. It's not really a skip-able step in the sexytimes process for me. ;)
Best way to get him to open up to it is get him to kiss you while you're eating something yummy and try different flavours!
Then it's a yummy experience for the both of you and he might find it more exciting :)
I'm thinking sweet things like chocolate, ice cream etc. (not french fries, roast beef etc... but hey, whatever floats your boat ;) hehe)

How do you and your partner feel about french kissing?
My guy and I don't really french kiss. He's not into it and I haven't thought about it much until now. Lately I've been having a hankering for deeper kissing when things are hot 'n heavy but he's not so into the idea.
So I wonder two things:
1) What's your experience with french kissing? (See the poll)
2) Andy tips on getting my guy to be open to a little experimenting in this area?
