Yes I almost always have fresh flowers somewhere in our home, it’s a small luxury 🙂

Yes, I love flowers.  I almost always have fresh flowers on our kitchen table. DH loves to buy them for me 🙂  In the summer – I do cut flowers from outside and bring them in sometimes.

@Mrs. Mustang:  We always have fresh flowers in our home too! I agree, makes me feel good! My FI brings them home a lot, but I love to pick up bunches at the market and make my own arrangements.

We have tons of potted plants instead. They’re cheaper, fresher, clean the air, and last a long time. They’re not exactly the same as a bouquet of colorful flowers, but I like the greenery  🙂

I LUV fresh flowers.  Each week I buy a new bunch for my dining room table & my desk at work.  It really just makes me happy to see the blooms.  I usually get bouquets from Wholefoods ir Trader Joe’s.  Sometimes I make my own from bunches I purchase at the local produce mart.

Sadly no, my cat eats them 🙁

Right now we have plants, but when we have company over or when the weather gets nice, I always like treating our house to some pretty flowers. I usually just pick them up at Whole Foods while doing grocery shopping.

@Mrs. Mustang:  A small luxury indeed… I’d love to do this, actually, and would if it didn’t cost so much money.

Not usually, as our cats like to get into plants/flowers.  Sometimes DH will bring home some flowers, or I’ll get some as a hostess gift, and I have to put them on a high ledge on the stairway to keep them out of reach of the cats.

I love the idea of it, but our cats would eat them and whenever I come close to buying some I just can’t get past spending almost ten bucks on something that will die in a few days 🙁

A potted plant sounds like a good idea if the cat will leave it alone.

I LOVE them! My Grandma spent YEARS selling flowers, so I grew up around them!
