When I got baptized a few years ago (on Easter 2006 to be exact) I was sooo nervous because my church is big PLUS it was Easter and that's one day where EVERYONE usually goes to church so there were like double the amount that would normally be there. I tried to talk myself out of it, but then I realized that wasn't exactly obeying...and I realize it is very symbolic sooo...
Anyways congrats :) That's special that you both could share that together.

Yeah, made me cry. I love when people get baptized. Coming up a new person, committed to following the One who loves us the most.
I was baptized for the wrong reasons when I was younger, then rebaptized in 2006 while on a mission trip in Mozambique, Africa. I havent been the same since I came out of the Indian Ocean.

So my fiance and I took the plunge yesterday!!!! Feels so good to do it together. We both did it before, him for all the wrong reasons, me i was 9 and i did it with my dad but now we did it for all the right reasons and it feels great!!
