My FH and I are watching tv right now :) We *did* go get some food and a beer at about 7 but now we are just relaxin' in sweats!
Hear hear! we were going to grab some drinks with some friends but i started cleaning the house, took a shower and that just relaxed me ha! FI is a little lazy too so here I am at home hanging out with the FI and our boxer haha... Maybe I'll make some drinks the night is young!
Yep. I was invited out a couple times. I think I just want a bubble bath and a good book, though. lol.
FI and I went for a run together around 5pm...I showered and changed in to pj's, he went and picked up take-out and we've been relaxing and watching movies/tv since!
I, too, can remember when I thought NO ONE stayed at home on a Friday....now I can't wait for it!
I'm in!! we are watching a basketball game and im ready for bed already lol....just doing some research on wedding venues and mindlessly clicking through stylemepretty
I love just relaxing at home...I can't believe just a year ago or so I used to go out multiple times a week....now that idea of that is too much to think about haha
@sulli lol I was the same way a year ago today. The thought is just exhausting now. I am doing a whole lot of nothing, stalking WB, watching truTV and listening to the boy playing the newest XBOX game (ugh) lol. My daughter was suppose to stay up a little late and hang out with me but we played pretty hard on the trampoline today and she was out shortly after 8pm
haha i have ALWAYS loved chilling at home on a friday night, so I"m just thrilled that now I don't chill alone :) We went out for dinner around 730 but then we came home and played super mario bros for like 3 hrs. now he's watching espn and i am on weddingbee
I've been napping this afternoon, curled up on the couch with my dog as FI plays a computer game and I get our master address list together. We wanted to go out to dinner but we're trying to be good so it will be eggs & bacon again.
I'm not doing much. Just looking at some cooking blogs right now.
Pure boredom is me on Fridays! During the week i see my other half like an hour or so a day, and go to bed alone, and fridays nights just me at home, since we have two kids!
i've been vegging out on wedding stuff, lol. does that count???
ummm....its about 11:05pm here right now and its not that warm, maybe 40 and the parents next doors are out of town and the little teenage girls that live there are headed out on the town because their skirts and shorts were so short I could tell you what color their undies were. The FI looked at me and said I will lock our children in the closet with a loaf of bread and bottle of water before I ever see them leaving the house like that.
MissAsB, have you looked at the recipes on marksdailyapple.com? Soooo good! You should look up the primal jambalaya, FI loves it!
LOL @ Shannon1126! I'm so glad I have boys! I too am relaxing at home...my 3 sons are all in bed...DH is also in bed, not feeling well : ( so I'm enjoying the tv all by myself!

And I've been in my pajamas since about 7pm. The boy cooked dinner and we've been watching movies since.
I remember the days when I'd rather die than stay in on a Friday night. Now, all day Friday, I look forward to vegging out with the boy and the beagle.
It's kind of depressing because I feel old, but I can't think of anyplace else I'd rather be right now.
Is anyone else vegging out at home on this Friday evening?
