Goals:  NO CHEAT DAYS THIS WEEKEND!  I felt the need to put that in all caps!!  LOL!  I feel like I’m going to be cheating enough next week (I’m a US Bee), sooooo, yeah, sticking to the diet!

Set Up:  I have a left over baked boneless skinless chicken breast ready to go in the fridge.  We are going out tonight to celebrate SO’s ex roommate becoming a Dr….and there’s no real way around calories without being a party pooper.  For that reason I’ve only had whole grain waffles for breakfast and tomato soup for lunch, so I don’t have to feel *too* guilty about dinner.

The rest of the weekened:  Probably chicken salad, LOTS of salads and maybe some soup.

Pitfalls:  Lay off the Sam Adams!!  LOL! On the weekends, drinking my calories is my only pitfall!!  Tongue Out

I hit the gym M-F, but I try to get 30 minutes of continuous walking on Saturday and Sunday! (Other wise I will sit my big butt on the couch and eat nachos all weekend)

But I also have an appointment for a butt shot tomorrow. And if I’m sore, I won’t walk! So I’m going to be tough and power through it!

@Mrs.LemonDrop:  BabyNewBride loves ALL the bad food! Nachos, pizza, milkshakes… (And while I like those things, I never wanted them before I was pregnant! I swear!)

Congrats on making it to your spin class! Way to go!
