Hi folks! totally stalking the fitness boards today cause i’m 4 months out and wanna look my best on my wedding day. I’ve been really good with eating lately, but invariably on Friday and Saturday nights one of the following happens:
1. I work til 8/9, come home exhausted, and order pizza
2. I work til 8/9, get a burst of energy, and go out and drink too much and usually have street food for dinner
3. If I’m not working, do as mentionned in #2, but start earlier
4. If I’m not working, have a dinner party with friends and eat/drink too much
5. If none of the above, I stay home and eat the contents of my fridge and cupboard
My question is, how do you avoid the weekend sabotage? What do you have on hand at home so you’re not tempted to order takeout? How do you manage nights out and your consumption?
