I think that it will be fine. If it was ALL white, then maybe not so much...but the dress that you showed I would be ok with having a guest wear.
I am not an expert on this subject or anything but I think the white/blue/black dress is ok to wear, as you indicated that the color you notice is blue, and not white, and the pattern is rather big so it's not "wedding dress-like". I think the main point is not take the attention away from the bride.
A lot of people don't think much of black and it's perfectly acceptable to wear, but I personally would avoid wearing all black to a summer wedding.

hey ladies i am going to a wedding tommorrow afternoon and i have a question. I really dont want to wear white because it is her day, i dont want to take away from her big day. the only dress i have is a white dress (background) With blue and black flowers on it. When you look at it you dont notice the white, you notice the blue
