I don’t know of any books, but I thought I’d just share some of the links I’ve found on the topic and pinned to my future babies board (not pregnant yet.) Pinterest has LOTS of great links on this topic.

Get the book Baby Bargains. It runs through all the stuff you need (and points out stuff that is just nice to have or unneeded) and goes through the positives, negatives and cost of the various options. For each major category they have a favorite for each level of cost. Saved my husband and me a lot of time and money. 

I recommend this to all parents-to-be, regardless of income level.
