Weddingbee boards

So I bought my dress back in early August from Priscilla of Boston in NYC (their flagship store). Since I am so tiny (petite girls, you know!) and the dress is so intricately beaded, I decided to use a Muslin for alterations. If you aren't familiar with a Muslin, it is basically brown fabric in the shape of your dress that is fitted to your body and your dress is cut from the pattern, so you require a lot less alterations. It can take anywhere from 3-4 months after your muslin is fitted to actually get your dress. I was told it would be in in November and they would call me.

So my phone hasn't rang. And now my bridesmaids are banging down my door wanting to go in and try on their dresses I picked out. So I figured I'd try to hit two birds with one stone and get fitted while they try on the dresses. 

Of course, when I called today at lunch they couldn't tell me anything and said someone would call me back by the end of the day to give me a status update. Nothing all day. So I just called back to ask about it and the same person who said someone would call me back was tripping all over herself trying to not give me any info, but I got enough out of her to figure out they had never even ordered my Muslin. I can't even talk to her because she has 0 people skills and was trying to change the subject the whole time so I don't actually know what is going to happen at this point. All I know is someone is supposed to call me tomorrow.

That is terrible! It's a shame how on top of these places we need to be all the time! Why don't they do their jobs??

That's terrible!! I hope it gets worked out!
