@eecuadrado:  SAME! Its kinda scary how much FSIL and I are alike! I had planned to have a certain song, it worked perfect for us (wedding is still not for another year) and then like, 2 weeks before her wedding she heard of this song and chose to use it. I was like, you’ve got to be kidding me. I was pissed. BUT her wedding was first, and its just a song, I got over it. Just like your FSIL will too!

Me too!

FSIL and I are both animal loving vegetarians, she’s been with her FI EXACTLY 6 months longer than FI and I have been together (to the day) and she got engaged to her FI about a month after our e-party. I’ve even been told we look alike. I don’t think we really do, but we’re both tall and thin with brown hair, so I can see why people might say that.

We are both bakers which has been a but of an issue. One of us usually gets favored when desserts are brought and I usually feel bad.  BIL has joked about how we’re going to hate each other in 10 years and i hope it doesn’t happen. We’re finally starting to get along and be able to hang out together.

The children will be cousins, unless they grow up in the same house I don’t forsee a problem…you’ll probably use different nicnames anyway.  Plus since she’s a SIL the last names will be different.

I had 2 cousins with the same name, and one was always Cousn Fullname (as with his sibilings) and the other was cousin nickname (same with his sibilings).  Sometimes when people were formal it got confusing and at christmas gift exchanges we made a note.

But it seriously caused A LOT less problems for my cousin than his sister with a name like Jessica/Jennifer (today’s Sophie) that 6 other kids in her class had.

@eecuadrado:  fun fact, my mom’s first name and my aunt’s (dad’s sister) first name are the same. My aunt never married, so they have the same exact name. 😀 They used to get mail and credit card offers for each other all. the. time.
