Okay, here you go- none of these is my gown, and sorry for the look on my face in the last one, I fainted from being overheated about three minutes later.  Oh, the draaaaama!  All David’s Bridal.  The one with the sash was my dream dress until I tried on The One…

Here I am in some very poofy dresses. One is the Reem Acra I chose and then a few others.

I am a street size 12/14. I think these dresses can be very flattering on larger women.

I’m in AUS but this is a Pronovias gown ordered in sz 16US & I altered it to a corset back.

I’m NZ size 14/16 and this is me in the Alfred Angelo Sleeping Beauty. The wedding dress which I ultimately chose will be a drop waist ballgown but it’s being custom made so no pics of it so far.

@Munchy:  That dress iss tunning on you! You look like a princess. What is the name of the style and if you don’t mind sharing, what price range is it?

I’m in NZ and love Pronovias gowns!

@MrsHotPink:  thanks 🙂

@emerald_halo:  thanks 🙂 it’s Alcanar by Pronovias. I made the beaded sash & had it sewn on though. I waz married March 2012 so don’t know if it can be found anywhere or ordered. If I remember correctly I paid ballpark $2700 with no alterations (stupid AUS prices vs. US prices)
