Oh, I totally stalked the weather. The week before my wedding there were tornadoes all over the area. The golf course of the country club where I got married was totally flooded. Thunderstorms were forecast for every day of my wedding weekend. When I woke up on my wedding day the skies were overcast and gray, but by the time the ceremony started it was gorgeous and sunny and HOT!
Also, on your wedding day, you probably won't even have time to care if it's raining, for what it's worth.

Hi Hive,
I'm getting married next week (Eek!) and I'm getting married outside in a garden. The reception is also outside in a garden. The weather forecast is calling for rain and lighting and I am having a minor bridezilla freakout about it. We have a tent on reserve but the logistics of having both the ceremony and reception under the same small tent are a nightmare. The grassy area where a tent could fit is quite small and so ceremony chairs would have to be completely cleared and then reception table set up. Anyone else stalk the weather but it turned out ok? I know at the end of the day the marriage is what matters but I can't help but feel stressed and need some advice.
