Fun Guest Book Alternatives?

What about a poster you can frame or maybe records (saw a really dope idea from a Bee on here!) or the finger print tree or are you speaking of something completely out of the box??

We are doing 2 guest books, 1 traditional sign-in type at the ceremony itself [giving guests a little something to do while they wait]

and a framed mirror with a love quote cling that guests will sign with paint pens.

Our quote says “every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite”

I don’t have a picture of it but I have a huge picture frame with a picture of me and my husband in it when we first got engaged. But the picture is small in the center and around the rest is thick paper and everyone signed their well wishes around our picture and now it’s hanging on our wall!

We ordered wooden letters to spell out our last name and had everyone sign them to hang in our home.

Ours will be a wooden letter painted to match our wedding colors that guests will sign and then we’ll hang up after the wedding.

We had a bottle of wine and people signed it with silver and gold paint pens. Our guests loved it!

DH made our initials out of free pallets we got. I painted them and put out gold paint pins. They turned out great!! We will hang them once we are in a place with sturdier walls 🙂

I’m considering buying a large serving platter and asking SO to draw a bride & groom in the middle (I’m the artistic thinker, he’s the one with drawing skills – and a way to involve him in something) – guests will sign/write a comment. The plate then gets baked to seal the ink before being glazed.

We will then be able to use or display it in our kitchen.

Eventually, I’m going to bind these into a book, along with our wedding cards. Our guests had a lot of fun with these!
