Where have you been, bees? Lets dig out those old photo albums!
Been to another state (province)? Time zone? Country? Continent? Alright, ladies, lets see ’em. Bonus points for atypical places and non honeymoon shots. (I love the tropical beaches too, but I’m sure we’ve been some fun places aside from that one trip!) Where are some of the coolest/most memorable places that YOU have been?
These are a few from when I studied abroad in South Africa in 2007, taken all over.
Ok, ok. So there are still beach shots–East London.
Cape of Good Hope
A few from Boulder’s Beach
Where the penguins live!
On Safari in Hluhluwe
Near my homestay in Langa
From my flat in Rondebosch, Cape Town.
Let’s see ’em!

@shalynnmarie: Hard to see some, but they look awesome! In Canada, I’ve only ever been to Toronto as a kid and the Niagara falls area as an adult–super touristy but tons of fun.
(why is the date stamp always, always for 2005?) Hmm…

I love to travel! This is my kind of post! I’ll stick with just “outside the US” locations.
Scuba Diving vacation in Bonaire:
Cancun trip with my in-laws:
Honeymoon cruise to Alaska:
Siem Reap, Cambodia:
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (and surronding area – including the tunnels used during the Vietnam War):
I’ve also been to other cities in Malaysia and to Thailand and Hong Kong as well as all over England and to Paris but I don’t have those pictures on this computer.

(My grandparents use to take us on vacation every summer to someplace new. My Grandpa’s last big trip after being diagnosed with cancer was to Niagra Falls Canada. He had taken my older sister & our cousin when they were little & told Grandma he wanted to take the rest of the grandkids someday. In 1999 he got his wish. Looking back I use to be so glad for it to be over & now I would do anything to get to take off on a road trip just so I could spend more time with them.)
Canada (with my grandparents)
Costa Rica (with my spanish class)

I’ll play! Here’s a few pics from Borneo (Malaysian side), China, and Iceland.
This is the Kapalai resort we stayed at by the Sipidan dive site. The picture below that is the endangered Proboscis Nosed Monkey in the rainforest!
Here are a couple from China – the Buddhist caves outside of Datong, and the Yellow Mountains outside of Shanghai:
And finally, Iceland. One of my most favorite places on Earth!
(that’s the protective membrane they pull over their eyes when they are underwater – so cool!!)
Here’s some of them chilling on the bird cliffs of the Western Fjords:

@Mrs.KMM: Holy crap! I wanna go on your next trip! 😉 I’m especially jealous of Alaska. I’m hoping to go to Thailand in the next few years with a friend. Her husband is Thai and has family there, which would be an amazing way to be introduced to the country
@crayfish: Beautiful! I don’t know too much about Iceland, but it looks awesome. What makes it your favorite?
@mvest: That is just awesome, and so sweet. You’ll have to carry on the tradition and take lots of photos.

This was taken in Kerala, India outside of a town called Munnar. All of the green you see is tea leaves!
Also Kerala, India
The next two were taken at Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica

@Roe: The diversity of landscapes in Iceland is just mindblowing! I think that makes it one of my favorites. From volcanoes to glaciers to ocean to waterfalls…dramatic fjords and cliffs…thermal springs. It’s all so awesome! I love nature photography (and am a bit of a bird nerd, hence the puffins) so it’s just amazing. New Zealand is right up there on par with Iceland for me :-).

Aww most of my pics are old school pics from my travels or they are stuck on a computer that isnt working.
@ebet24: I loved Belize! It has some of the best scuba diving.
I have been to a lot of places both domestic and international, but there are so many more to see. We are heading to Thailand for Xmas this year for my brothers wedding. He is marrying a Thai girl.
