What's the right way for you? I couldn't think of what other Board to put this in so I put it in the Paper Board...woop woop!

I'm a lazy bum so mine sits on the sink counter right next to the toilet. The actual holder is in front of the toilet on the wall..it's kind of annoying to have to reach forward to it.
I'd like to say its the second one, because that's always the way I prefer it. But lately we use the third one. Not because we're lazy (I mean we are lazy but this is something we're still willing to do) but because my cat has decided its the ideal play toy so for a few days when we'd get home we'd discover that he TP'd our entire bathroom.
So funny! Cottonelle is actually doing a poll on their website about this too!
I'm totally an over girl! If I go into a bathroom and I see it under I have to fight the urge to change it! lol
I prefer the 2nd option. If the FI puts on a new roll it's always on as option #1 but I always change it because I'm anal and it drives me nuts.
Haha! Maybe it's just me, but I really don't care which way it is?! Sometimes FI will take out a new roll & set it on the counter, so I don't even really care to put it on the roll then. But when I DO put it on the roll - I don't have a preference!
HAh! J and I talked about this early on, hehe... I told him it might be a deal breaker. He said over the top (2nd picture), which is the same as me, but he threatened to change it whenever he felt like it, just to mess with me, haha.
I can see why people would like it to go over the top! It's actually pretty annoying, no...REALLY annoying when you go to public bathrooms & they have those HUGE rolls & it's rolled underneath, and you go to pull...& it rips! Ergh, I just want to grab the toilet paper & go! LOL!
the second lol...it bothers me any other way too, but FI goes for the 3rd and it drives me crazy.....he hates where the roll is attached and how you have to lean to get it...for a while he would constantly take it off and I would put it right back..I think he gave up though!
I HAVE to have it hanging like the pic in the middle. I am super OCD about that, my daughter even knows thats how it has to be, she even has a habit of fixing it and her babysitters and all the grandparents house "bc thats how mom said it HAS to be" lol

Over! Like in the middle pic. It drives me nuts when my roommate puts it on the other way.
Either the 1st or 2nd - as long as it is on the holder, I couldn't care less which way it hangs!
For the record... this wasn't what we had in mind when we renamed the Invitations board as Paper! :-)
I'm obviously in the minority here... but I'm an "under" girl all the way. I can't stand it the other way!
I NEED it to be the first way. I tend to grab too much if it is the second way.

Oh my goodness....I can't believe how many "over" girls there are!! I'm totally an "under," like in the first picture. And I definitely switch the roll when it's on the other way, regardless of whether or not it's my own house!
I have to have it over, my FI always seems to put it on under, which is how his parents do it. I always have to fix it.

I don't know which way ours is. I just put it on whichever way I happen to grab it. As long as it's on I'm happy!
Under all the way (1st pic)!! I have to change it when it's not.
LOL @ Mr. Bee -- I didn't even notice it was under paper. That's funny.
@ jennifer_espos - I'm exactly the same way! We buy our TP @ Costco so there's plenty extra but still... I come home and the cat has it all over the place! The litter box is in the bathroom too so she's taken to moving the pile once it's on the floor and putting it in her box. So gross!
Under...ALL THE TIME! OCD and weird but I hate it over...it just doesn't look right to me! LOL...my mom always put it under and took the ends and folded them into a little point!!! Wonder where I get it from!! Ha :)
Option 3, but only so our dog can't get to it! She's torn more than one roll to shreds.
hmm actually i never really noticed, i think i usually have it #1...but i don't really care..as long as it's 1 or 2...

Option 2 and 3, our dispenser thingy is in a weird position so most of the time it just sits on our towel rack that we don't use. But when its on the dispenser it has to face out or I change it

Lol great post! This is funny to me cause Im so OCD about this. I always have to have it the 2nd way. I have no idea why. Ill even fix it in other peoples bathrooms if I see it. haha. shhhh
