Hahaha I'm tempted to ask him to mock up his ideas for the whole day just for some giggles. It would probably involve ninjas & comic books (on top of the hornets!). Except, to be on the safe side I'm trying to drop it because there's just a tad too much enthusiasm behind his ideas. He'll show up on the day of with these, LOL

Ok, I had to share this because it horrifies me and amuses me all at once!
A couple days ago at work, one of my friends was asking me how the planning was going. I was sharing a bit with her and since it was after 5, there weren't a lot of people around and it was quiet enough for our voices to carry over into the next row of cubes. This one guy we work with, J, came over to talk. He's already offered to be my 'wedding planner' in the past, and i've politely declined, LOL. I know he's joking... sort of. He throws out funny ideas, but if I told him 'yes, be my wedding planner' he would SO do it.
So he mentioned it again and asked me what kind of ideas I had. I told him I like butterflies and was planning a few things around them. So he says (and I quote):
"Forget butterflies. I'll do you one better. Hornets."
HORNETS. A hornet themed wedding?? LOL
I told him no, but it's still cracking me up to picture it, hahaha
