reminds me of a couple I once knew - they had the same (not common in my experience) last name and their first names were Robert and Roberta. pretty weird! I guess it is convenient not to have to even think about changing your name though :)
I saw this yesterday on the Today show. Pretty funny and very confusing I would think for a lot of people!!!
My friend married a guy with the same last name as her maiden name. It was pretty funny!
I have a guy friend Michael who is marrying a girl named Machael. It's so confusing! And it's not like he goes by Mike, he is and always has been Michael!
Aw I saw that Kelly story! I thought it was awesome for them! I would never be able to marry a Sarah though... not a guy Sarah.
ditto cinemaparadiso anothe Sarah over here...my FI did date a girl in HS who had the same last name.
I know I couldnt do it lol I couldnt even date someone with the same name as a close relative, like a sibling, because I think it would just be weird! xD I did know a couple who was Niley and Niel which with their Irish accents, sounded super similar (not Niel like kneel, but like ny-uhl)
lol it's so cute, but really weird! My hubby has the same name as my brother though... and that's enough!!! :) we still have to ask "which one?" everytime someone refers to them.
My brother also married a girl who has the same name as my sister.
oh yeah ... My mom and her sister both married men named Dave ... and their brother's name is Dave! How weird is that? (My ex-boyfriend was named Dave, too! ;) )
