We have a thing for doing it in the car, I banged my head hard in the car's top and got a bump, we started laughing uncontrollably after that.
I drink a lot of water. One night we're doing it and because I'm moving you could hear the water slosh. Only it's REALLY loud. It was so loud and disruptive we both started laughing and we couldn't start again because any time I moved it sounded like someone shaking a water bottle. It's happened several times. :)
The other night we were fooling around and it was super dark so I couldn't see his face and I was trying to kiss him, but licked his nose instead. He played it off well but I said "Ohhhh that's your nose." Haha.
@claireos: I hate the sloshing while having sex. Water is all I drink so it happens way too often.
I think the best one is when one of us is really tensing up and the next thing you know - we have a cramp in our leg or something. Yeah, that's fun. Hahaha.

My left leg is really finicky when it comes to cramping up at inconvenient times. Once my FI was uhh...down there, and my leg cramped up BAD so he had to stop until it went away. I wasn't pleased. Haha.
I lived in a duplex in college and DH drove an blue antique truck. We went to a party at their apartment one time and they all started yelling "Blue truck man!!!!!!". We were like wtf. Then I started to say something loudly over the music and one girl was like "We hear you!" so I was like oh, ok sorry, thinking I was talking too loud and she goes "No... we HEAR you... all the time" hahaha sooo embarrassing. Apparently they could overhear our "lovin'" and would all root Blue Truck Man on...
A few times when DH was going at it from behind and pulled out to do another position, the dreaded queef appeared. SOOOOOO embarrassing but we always laugh it off and continue in a less air trapping position....
FI and I were really drunk one time after going out to the bars and such. When I went to change positions, FI didn't let me know he was close, and basically came mid-transition. If you're not expecting that, let me tell you: quite the mess.
