I hear you. Whenever one pops on the silence (besides the tv) in the room is deafening between us. I'm sure he's hoping I don't say anything and I'm trying to play it casual. Makes for very awkward 30 second blips throughout the week. :) Maybe they'll give your guy the nudge he needs. Good luck!

That and the V-Day jewelery mailings. X.x It's like you have to be on lock-down for months on end because of all these holidays!

I am already engaged but I am ringless and these stupid holiday commercials are straight up starting to piss me off lol

I feel a little better now.
I hear the commericals from Spence Diamonds on the radio every day now.. It is very annoying, and the announcers voice is annoying too at the same time to make it worse.. So I change the channel when I hear it haha. You see flyers and everything now for jewlery for V-Day.. I always hated when it got to this time because you get your hopes up and haven't had anything come from it yet. But hopefully sooner than later!
I'm so happy we don't watch much TV lmao! We play video games most of the time.
However, I always hear the commercials on the radio in the morning while we're getting ready for the day. I'm going to explode lol.
Haha, I just saw one with my SO and I obnoxiously mocked the girl saying "will you get me something sparkly?" in a horrible atrocious voice because we just don't really celebrate V-Day and haven't since maybe our 3rd V-Day together. This one will be our 7th, so kind of.... over it.
I dislike Valentine's Day anyway because of all the overly cutesy stuff (and maybe I'm just a bit bitter that I never get to see FH on Valentine's Day?).
But, I'm engaged and ringless, so all these commercials make me want to turn off the TV until Valentine's Day is over.
I feel your pain. Im ringless, thought I was gonna get proposed to on Vday, no longer going to get proposed to that day, have no idea when its going to happen...AND I just had to change the radio station cus Spense diamonds commercial was on. AGAIN. like 5th time in an hour
I knew I could count on my fellow waiting gals to wallow in misery and contempt with me, hahaha! Glad to know I'm not the only one annoyed at the darn commercials.
I haven't heard any commercials- I must be oblivious~ V-day is almost gone girls.... then a longggggggggggggggg hiatus until.... Thanksgiving? LMAO
Right there with you! I usually try to sneak a peek at SO to see his reactions. Which aren't any different than any other commercial I might add.

Maybe a jewelry commercial is a good gauge of how he's feeling? I finally learned to not make comments and then my SO (now FI) made this comment - the "he went to Jared..." commercial came on and he was like - "Should I go to Jared?"
Heh. 4 weeks later he bought a ring and proposed not from Jared though :)

Aaaaaannndddd, they've already started with the jewelery commercials for Valentine's Day. Dammit. Stupid t.v.
