Ok so her I am exactly 6 days before my wedding and I am having a few issues I still need to work out. And I was wondering if the hive can help me?
We are having an indoor wedding and our house inside is big enough for our 15 ppl wedding. Only problem, how many tables will we need if he and I are going to have our own table, its a family table with my mom and him and I only? The other issue is the dance floor (which is actually our dinning room lol, its huge). We are setting the tables up in there also. What would be a good transition to move the tables and chairs?
Also I am looking for very cheap(but not cheap looking) Decorations for our front porch, something to tell people to come on in and have fun?
We are doing this a paycheck by paycheck way. and its this week that I get it and we are paying off the officiant and getting our licence this week.

I am still looking, ah and now our officiant is in the hospital and I have no one to persform the ceremony, gah what to do

I would just do some potted plants to spruce up the front. Maybe hang monogram letters on your door… um shephard hooks along the sidewalk leading up to the porch.
As for the officiant I would call around and explain the situation. See if you can’t find someone that would be willing to step in if necessary.

For the change from dinner to dancing, I suggest doing the cake cutting in another room and while people are watching you cut and feed each other the cake, have someone clear the table and chairs and start the dance music!
Start calling around for an officiant. Also, if you call the local police station they might have a former sergant that can perform ceremonies.

worst case scenario on the officiant: have a family friend stand in, then go to city hall / courthouse and get “legally wed” there.

I’m sorry about your issues. I think the potted plants sound nice for your front porch and the doing something in another room while things are moved is a good idea.
I’m in the same boat, there’s SO much to do before Saturday!!
