@Sweet.Sugar.Rose:  My biggest tip is make sure your jeans fit. Though I know pyschologically we all want to squeeze ourselves in a smaller size, muffin tops help no one. Ensuring your pants fit means there’s less of a bulge around the tummy. Also I usually pair my pants with a close fitting or tailored jacket which is great with the winter weather. I know people love to wear oversized things to hid behind but I think a tailored jacket gives you a cleaner figure overall, and it does help hide a bit of bulk.

toning the area is a mix of sit ups and other types of exercizes like that and cardio. i do pilates on the reformer and the step mill (the machine at the gym that’s like walking up an escalator. it has moving steps). they’re both working really well to cut down on my belly fat. an added bonus is that they’re both toning my butt too!
