I loved snapdragons as a kid! I am hoping to plant some flowers from seed after the summer.

This year, I built 2 raised planter beds and have successfully grown zucchini, cucumbers, cantaloupe, broccoli, jalapenos, chives, green onions, rosemary, basil, parsley, cilantro, radishes and beets. Unfortunately, the California heat is wreaking havoc on everything, but I still love going out there early in the morning to check out the new growth. Weekends when I have time to get out there to weed and plant are the such relaxing, therapeutic days. Looove it.

What do you do with all your basil? My plant is huge, but is already starting to bolt and I feel like I need to start using it faster.

@Sapphire-Dreamer:  I want to garden so bad in our new home but I think it is too late now to plant stuff (we just got hte home July 15th of this year) I will have to wait until next year where I want to plant a vegetable garden and some nice flowers 🙂
