I am turning to you Bees to help me find the inspiration to keep my weight loss going/maintain. I got married about a month ago, and for the wedding lost 48 metric pounds. I was on a complete roll when the wedding came along, and had even started doing daily crunches so my abs were getting quite toned. Then the wedding happened. I ate a lot of wedding cake. I got depressed. I ate a lot of things I had not allowed myself to for the whole year. I stopped doing crunches. The scales are saying that I have not gained much weight since the wedding (maybe 1 pound depending on time of month). That’s totally normal. But I feel fatter…it’s hard to describe, maybe just not as toned or something. I want to keep going with the weight loss…I feel so great right now, green BMI zone, lots of guys paying me attention (I am married to the man of my dreams, but it still feels nice to be noticed in the street and get smiled at), I am scared I will fall back into being ‘settled’ at home and continue the comfort eating. Help Bees, motivate me into maintaining/losing more weight…
