Does it count that I'm lasering our invitations?
My FI's cufflinks are uber geeky! I'm getting them for him to open while he's getting ready:
http://www.adafruit.com/icufflinks
We might incorporate the cartoon Doug into little details since it has meaning for the both of us. Our cake topper will be geeky fer sure.
My best friend named her tables after video game characters. :)
Cake Topper: Kaylee and Simon from Firefly
Cufflinks: TARDIS for DH, flashdrive for GM2 (he put ubuntu on it)
Groom's Cake: TARDIS
Cake Cutting Song: Dr Who Theme from 2003-06 (I think those were the years)
Processional: Played by Blast! the onstage presence of a DCI group (I've been in marching band 8 years now, proud band geek)
I'm sure I'm forgetting something...
@Knubbsy-Wubbsy: Firefly FTW! Awesome :)
Our wedding will have many geeky elements!
I will be walking down the aisle to a piano version of the theme from Star Trek: Voyager. We will be walking out of the ceremony to either the throne room song from Star Wars, or Don't You (Forget About Me) which is the song from the end of Breakfast Club, complete with raised hands in the air. Our bridal party will walk into the reception to the Ghostbusters theme.
Other elements:
Star Wars cake topper:

Cufflinks for the groomsmen:

Shoe clips (I bought the red and black ones on the top) with a scene from the movie Nosferatu:
Posters of some of our favourite old movies for people to sign as our guestbook:

We're also going to ordering toasting glasses with Firefly references on them - "Shiny" for me and "Big Damn Hero" for him :)
I heart dorky weddings!!!!
@techie: I was going to order those cufflinks for DH but they kept going in and out of stock. I was on the waiting list for a while and like 2 days after I placed the order for his other cufflinks, I got the email that they were back in stock. If you haven’t ordered them yet, I would do it while they still have them. They’re constantly running out.
We had a few geeky aspects to our wedding…
DH’s cufflinks: He’s a Mac/iPhone/iPad developer so I ordered him mini iPhone cufflinks. He absolutely loved them!

Super Mario table numbers: These were 100% for DH. Our wedding was very much ME so we did the Mario table numbers to show off some of his personality. Each table had a different pixilated character. I actually ended up having to make about half of the characters myself (pixel by pixel in photoshop) since I couldn’t find the pixilated versions online. Some of the older crowd didn’t really get it but just about anyone 40 and under thought they were so cool!

We were pretty geeky. DH and the GMs walked down the aisle to the theme song from "Game of Thrones." I walked to the theme from "Deep Space Nine."
He wore a bow tie because of Doctor Who, and he had Tardis cufflinks.

We also entered the reception with the Doctor Who theme song :).
We're having a masquerade reception, which I think is pretty geeky.
We have discussed using the Imperial March as our entrance song to the reception.
The groom's cake is going to be a massive d20 with little Dungeons & Dragons minis all around it.
Luigi and Princess Daisy Cake Topper

StarMan centerpieces:

Nintendo cartridge cufflinks for my groom and our groomsmen:
Cake Cutting Song: Mario Kart Love Song
Entrance music: Indiana Jones Theme, Imperial March for the bridal party.
Card Box: a Mario "?" box in our wedding colors
Table Map:World 2 map from Mario 3, with each level edited to represent a table #
I wrote this a while ago but it kinda sums up all the geeky things we will be having, sorry it is a little long but there is alot of geek in us!

Themes. Besides what is your dress going to look like this is the second question that comes out of peoples mouth holes when they find out I am getting married. After two seconds of me talking they realize they don't want to talk about it any more. Now I don't have a terrible theme, but most people don't know much about old school video games, comic books, or Scott Pilgrim (the book and the movie). However they mean everything to us. Scott Pilgrim was a movie that my fiance introduced to me after finding how much of a geek I was and it is one our fave movies we watch together, we even had to kinda "defeat" some evil exes in the start of the relationship. Not only did we both grow up with Super Mario and Zelda, but we spend a lot of time at home placing Mario Cart and Super Smash Brothers together at home. I remember one of the first nights in our first place he was playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time while I was hand sewing our Halloween/Cosplay costumes of Old Gregg and The Funk, and thinking to my self how perfect this picture is. So that is why we decided if we would be having a party for us, might as well make it us, the geeky, video playing, comic book reading us.
Now the second part is based on 500 Day of Summer, our other movie that we love. Some people might criticized that they break up in the end and how it is a sad movie, but we don't see it like that. It a movie about how real life is. And how their relationship was in the beginning, all fun and laughs, that is us. The only difference is I did not run when I got scared. I won't lie, normally I run like hell when I get nervous or stuck to far into a relationship, but just how Summer knew about the guy in the cafe, I knew about Kyle and I stayed. Best choice of my life too! Besides all the mushy meanings, Hall and Oates "You Make My Dream Come True" has been one of our theme songs since Kyle flipped out in my friends car when he heard it on the radio and sang it like a pre-teen girl. The style of the movie is what we are going for though, the urban yet vintage look. Let me tell ya, Kyle can rock a vest like no tomorrow and I actually do pin up vintage modeling on the side, so it just fit. There will be lots of twinkling lights and paper cranes( out of comic books to tie in Scott Pilgrim) and hopefully on a roof top some where. Oh yeah and karaoke!
Now I am not saying there won't be other references in the wedding, the paper swans on the gift boxes are after Prison Break since it was the first show we watched in full, His grooms cake is based off of Dexter's breakfast open credited (Blue Moon cake with Blood Orange filling and maybe a little sprinkled candy bacon on top with the art work), a lot of binary coding since we both use to do graphic design and web site coding, and Admiral Snackbar's Jello Shot bar that I will be making instead of a sweet table. But I am super excited every time I start a project for our wedding because I know it will show us and it will be worth it. Plus the Smile on his face when he sees the final product is heart warming.

What are you including in your wedding and where are you drawing your inspiration from? I've heard of couples using everything from music from favorite video games for the ceremony to favorite geek tv shows such as Big Bang Theory lyrics for vows.
