I was curious about what a “travel system” was because of the gender neutral part…and so I looked it up and found  you are talking about a stroller.  What is gender NON neutral about a stroller?

Webought the graco system in montego. It’s probably more boy, but we’ll use it for a girl ๐Ÿ™‚

@KateByDesign:  lol gotcha.  Why would you buy something like that, though, if you were planning to have more than one child?

@peachacid:  No clue.  But this thread sparked me looking into strollers and they do seem to be pretty specific to one gender or the other.

Definitely go gender neutral for big items you are going to reuse. Just about any colour works except pink, and baby blue. Our pram and stroller were both dark blue and white, and served us well with two girls and a boy. (As did our white cot).

@nicannette:  ours looked kind of like this, dark blue on the outside but white with a bit of a cute pattern on the inside. It was probably the only colour we could get back in the 90s anyway ๐Ÿ™‚

My parents had a navy blue and white stollers for us and a light green, yellow, and white carrier/car seat. They used both with boys and girls. My aunt has a brown and beige carrier/car seat. I can’t recall her stoller. Now you have me curious as to what is offered by way of colours/patterns now-a-days. I’ve mostly been looking at little clothes and bedroom furniture, not the travel systems yet. hmmm…
